Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Estimated transit time is 4–20 business days.

Please note:

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices on nutricity.sg include applicable taxes and import duties where required. In most cases, you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or incomplete, we’ve got you covered:

  • Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no updates or the package is not delivered within the expected timeframe, contact our support team.
  • Missing Items: Report missing items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After verification, we will offer a free replacement or reshipment at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may not be able to guarantee delivery or replacement.
  • If the order has already been shipped, shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
